The adventure continues as we leave the coastline behind and journey into Alaska's breathtaking interior! Settle in aboard the Alaska Railroad for a spectacular ride through towering mountains, winding rivers, and vast wilderness. Our destination is Mt. McKinley Princess Wilderness Lodge, where incredible scenery and the beauty of Alaska's great outdoors await.
August 5 — Travel by rail from Whittier to Talkeetna, then continue by motorcoach to Mt. McKinley Princess Wilderness Lodge.
August 6 — Enjoy a full day at the lodge. Relax, explore the beautiful surroundings, or take advantage of optional excursions near the lodge.

Our Alaska adventure reaches its grand finale in Fairbanks! Step aboard a classic sternwheeler for a scenic journey along the Chena River, where Alaska's fascinating history, rich traditions, and pioneering spirit come to life. August 9 — Travel by motorcoach to Fairbanks, then step aboard a classic sternwheeler for a scenic cruise along the Chena River. Enjoy our final evening in Alaska.
